Refund policy

 

All Items, with some exceptions, may be returned in their original condition and packaging (unwashed and all tags attached) for a full refund or exchange if purchased within the last 30 days. Custom Orders and Sale Items are all final sale.

If you are unsatisfied with the product, for whatever reason, you are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage to the product during shipping. In the event we have shipped you the wrong product or it is defective, we will be more than happy to pay for the return shipping back to CanTack Equestrian – please contact us at cantacksales@gmail.com

Other Return Guidelines:

  •  If you are from outside of Canada, you are responsible for all return fees. Return fees are non-refundable.
  •  Lost returned shipments are not the responsibility of Cantack Equestrian.
  • CLEARANCE ITEMS: Clearance items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. All sales are final.
  • Black friday and boxing week sale items are final.

Refund Process and Timeframe:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days upon receipt of returned item to Cantack Equestrian.
  • The Cantack Equestrian will inspect merchandise sent back for a refund and reserves the right to reject returns.
  • Once the return has been processed, you will receive a return email confirmation.
  • Depending on the credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after the credit is applied for it to post.
